As first time home buyers, we were very picky and Lauren was very patient and down to earth with us. She has a bubbly personality and is very approachable. She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to meet our demands for our new home. She was such a joy to work with and made the whole process less scary. She made helpful suggestions and gave us time to ask our questions and concerns during the process. She makes herself available at any time and gives the home buyers a sense that she loves her job!! She made us feel more of a friend than a “Realtor”. She’s a professional and genuinely a nice lady.

We appreciate your responsiveness and attention to detail for both the house we bought and the one we sold. While there was a bit of a risk in buying the house in Frisco before putting the house in Roanoke on the market, we believed that the combination of market conditions and your expertise would mitigate that risk…and it did!
For the house we bought, I like how you listened to what you said we wanted and kept showing us different properties to help us clarify our expectations. You stayed with us every step of the way all the way through closing and helped us get the answers to every question we had. I felt that you represented our interests well when negotiating to buy the house in Frisco.
For the house we sold, I appreciated the give-and-take process of arriving at the listing price. It was very helpful to work with the person you referred us to for the repairs needed before putting the house on the active market. I believe that having a former home inspector to point out little things which would likely be recommended for repair after the buyer’s inspection made a huge difference in having the house in “tip-top” condition. It was a very pleasant surprise to have the buyer ask for nothing in repairs! Thank you for keeping us informed about what was happening every step of the way through closing. Things could not have gone smoother. The fact of having closed and funded on the sale of our house in Roanoke before the first mortgage payment was due on our new home in Frisco has been a blessing!

1. Locate and rent an acceptable garden/zero lot line home closer to our children who live in the area; 2. Sell our McKinney home at a market price. With this understanding, we engaged you assist us to realize these goals.
